The Pastor inducted is not responsible to the church but to God and the
authority of the church. He is here to lead the people of God to
Christ.
As a church, the job must be made easy for his work to be fruitful. Jer 3:15-16
The Pastor is to feed you with knowledge, for he was given to you by God because God knows us more Than ourselves.
Hence, we must be submissive to receive from him. We should not compare Pastors.
We should be ready to co-operate with the Pastor of any new era in our midst. Isaiah 43:18-19.
Listen to the instruction and receive the feeding of the Lord
